Who is responsible for plumbing issues?
Plumbing issues are the responsibility of the resident for mostly all instances between the meter and the home. 

Who is responsible for above ground water lines?
The resident is responsible to protect the water lines from freezing. Heat tapes are necessary to ensure your water supply is maintained. In the event your lines should freeze, please call a plumber.

Who is responsible for my landscaping?
Landscaping the specific lot is the responsibility of the resident. Common areas are kept up by the community.

Are utilities included in rent?
Rent includes water/sanitary & weekly garbage and recycling pickup.

Are residents responsible for shoveling snow from their walkways and parking areas?
Residents are responsible for all snow removal on their lot. The community will remove snow from roadways.

Can I make improvements or add on to my home?
You will need to submit a home improvement form first for approval. Once management has approved your request, you will need to get a permit if you are adding on a deck, or enclosed space to your home.
