This is hard to predict, however generally speaking yes, lot rent does increase annually.

We do rent homes & rent-to-own homes pending availability in our community.

What is lot rent?
Lot rent is the amount of money you pay each month to rent the land that your home is placed on.

What other costs can I expect to pay?
While your home loan payment may be your biggest expense, you will have other regular payments. They may include utilities, mobile home taxes, lot rent, insurance, & routine maintenance.

Can I pay my rent online?
Yes, E-transfer your payments to rent@mysscs.ca Please make note of the lot number and park in the notes section.

When is my rent due?
Your rent is due on the 1st of each month.

What if I can’t pay my rent?
We know that communication is the key to success, and this extends to communicating with all of our residents. If you are falling behind on payments, please contact your leasing office for resources for potential rental assistance.
